Senior Associate

Kathleen is a Senior Associate on the Ballast Equity Partners team and leads the firm’s investment diligence process. Kathleen joined the firm after working as an early-stage venture investor for PJC. In addition to her work with the flagship funds, Kathleen also served as director for Odds On VC, a student-led venture fund backed by PJC. Prior to PJC, she worked as a management consultant in PwC’s deals practice.

Outside of the office, she races as an endurance cyclist and plays in a local Boston bar band.
